But what “makes” a hotel are the people and Reba is an exemplary example of how it’s done, absolute customer service. Welcoming (we were tired having biked some distance in the heat), helpful and informative spending the extra time to assist us find our way (buses, Neuschwanstein, etc). Well done.”

“We booked two nights/ 3 days stay package including breakfast, one dinner, free car park parking and free use of public transportation in town and surrounding, which we used for our trip to Castle Neuschwanstein. The room is well designed, clean with floor heating perfect in cold weather and excellent bedding.The whole stay was perfect. Great staff at the front office, restaurant and housekeeping who did a good turnaround cleaning of the room. Good food, central located only 300 meters from Fussen old town. We recommend the hotel and will stay again if we come to the same area. It is magical. On a final note, the hotel provides super fast WiFi.”
